Sometimes you just want to be happy and also help others. That’s why it can be a very good idea to find some nice feel-good activities and just enjoy your time. At the end of the day, helping other people can be very rewarding and fulfilling, all you have to do is to assess the situation and see what activities improve your day and help other people. 1- Appreciate what you have

10-Donate items you don’t need anymore

Donating stuff is always great, because it allows you to showcase your appreciation to other people. It’s an amazing feeling, and one that will make you feel better right away.
